Coaching is a form of accelerated learning that gives you the opportunity to broaden the knowledge you acquired in training and at work, to sharpen your skills, structure your thoughts with a coach as a sparring partner and finally find your own solutions to your challenges.

  • Coaching sessions with me give you the opportunity to work with a coach experienced in the corporate world in four industries, across geographies. This experience is a huge advantage for my corporate clients, who benefit from tapping into my experience and my full understanding of the environment and of the issue they are facing
  • In today's extremely quick paced work and lives, coaching gives individuals the necessary time to reflect on experiences, ventilate through tough challenges of the day, make a thought-through decision, become aware of what is stopping them to progress, but also of their accomplishments over time. This is particularly important because we tend to focus on what was not done, forgetting about what we have accomplished. A job well done is taken for granted and we deprive ourselves and our teams of the opportunity to harvest the success and celebrate it.

WHO IS COACHING FOR

  • Coaching is for those who want it, i.e. there needs to be a clear commitment from the client to embark on this process
  • I work well with newly appointed leaders, challenged by their new role, by the expectations of their stakeholders, their team and their own expectations. I help them understand and position themselves in the new role and do better they thought they could.
  • Another area of my expertise covers women returning to managerial roles from maternity leave, who are facing their new emotions about home and work, the need to start working differently than before, to balance the time they have and to re-position themselves at work (again)
  • As a successful strategic HR professional, I help HR Leaders and teams with my coaching, but also mentoring advice, to respond to their people and business demands and position themselves and the function appropriately
  • Finally, my corporate experience and the work I did with many executives previously, has proved to be particularly helpful to senior executives as they get the ability to tap into my experience via my coaching practice
